Our client is well respected in their field and urgently seeks an Administrative Assistant to assist their marketing department.   

Duties will include providing administrative support to the team including production of documents and associated departmental paperwork, updating with database, sales analysis as well as regular contact with customers and suppliers. In addition you will also be responsible for filing and photocopying, answering the phones, dealing with general enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, outgoing post and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role together with a good level of IT literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel), as well as excellent communication skills, an organised and flexible approach and professional telephone manner. With full support given, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. Due to the nature of the role, you will need your own transport.
