Are you and experienced Administrator with experience gained in a busy fast paced office environment? Are you looking for a new challenge? Our prestigious client has an urgent requirement for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their professional team.

Duties will include answering the phones, dealing with queries via phone and email, attending to visitors as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. 
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role together with first rate presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of clients. In addition, a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is needed. You will be adept at prioritising your workload and used to working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
This position would suit an individual who has gained Administration and Reception experience within a Professional Services / Financial Services environment.
