Are you and experienced Receptionist / Administrator with experience gained in a busy fast paced office environment? Are you looking for a new role where your efforts will really make a difference?  Our client is a leader in their field, offering a wide range of services to their client portfolio and have an urgent requirement for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their professional team.

 
In this key role, duties will include answering the phones, dealing with queries via phone and email, attending to visitors and appointments as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.  This will include producing a range of documents, letters and reports, diary management, dealing with post and organising meeting rooms to include refreshments.  
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position together with first rate presentation and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide variety of clients.  In addition, a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.  You will have excellent attention to detail, be adept at prioritising your workload and used to working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
 
In particular this role would suit an individual with previous reception and administration experience gained within a Professional Services / Financial Services environment.
