Our client is a prestigious manufacturer and due to increase in demand have created a new role for an Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to their HR department. Duties will include providing administrative assistance to the team including the production of a range of documents and spreadsheets, filing and photocopying as well as answering the phones and dealing with general enquiries. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, outgoing post and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
 
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role together with a good level of IT literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel), accurate data entry and excellent communication skills over the phone, email and in person as well as an organised, flexible approach and professional telephone manner with the ability to work in a pressurised environment where no two days are the same. A professional and discrete approach is also required due to some of the duties required. With full support given, this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive company. 
 
Due to the nature of the role, you will need your own transport.
