Are you looking for an exciting new challenge?  Our client is a reputable, independent local employer and have an urgent requirement for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Working within the Lettings Department you will be a proficient Administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As their Lettings Negotiator your main duties will involve the following :
  • Compiling inventories and check ins and check outs
  • Dealing with deposits and utility providers
  • Liaising with landlords and contractors as required
  • General administrative and customer support duties to assist the Lettings Department
The successful applicant will have a strong administrative background. You will be able to work independently or as part of a team and be a confident communicator, happy to liaise with customers where the delivery of excellent customer service is or paramount importance. A keen eye for detail is a must as accurate records of work carried out need to be documented at all times. 
You will also not be fazed by working in a pressurised environment where no two days are the same!  Previous experience or a genuine interest within the property industry would be beneficial although not essential as full training will be given.
Please note due to the nature of the role you will be required to work one in four Saturdays and will need to be a car driver.
