Are you an accomplished high level Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client is a worldwide organisation and well renowned for their exceptional customer service. Continued success has meant they urgently require a Compliance Controller to join their busy team.

As their Compliance Controller, your main duty will be the provision of administrative support to ensure that customer vehicle fleet contracts operate effectively and are fully compliant, whilst ensuring great customer service throughout the duration of the vehicle’s lifecycle. This will include handling customer calls and emails, updating the database and processing associated paperwork such as licenses, VOSA requirements and monitoring vehicle schedule agreements. You will also be responsible for producing reports and ad-hoc project work as and when required.
With a passion for delivering first class customer service, you will have extensive administrative experience, together with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks. You will also be able to prioritise and stay calm under pressure as deadlines will change on a regular basis. In addition proficiency in a range of IT packages including word and excel is also essential.
