My client, a recognisable brand with offices across the South West is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Account Manger to join its Finance team within its Warminster office.    
Working alongside the Client Account Manager, this role will be crucial towards the successful running of the business and driving business performance.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Processing rent payments
  • Producing account statements
  • Issuing rent reviews
  • Serving legal notices
  • Ad-hoc filling
About You
You will have a proven background within a previous financial role and be a confident bookkeeper with a strong knowledge of double entry accounting. You will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide a clear and appropriate message across a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including Landlords and Tenants alike, to ensure key objectives are delivered. In addition, you must be computer literate and a strong team player.
