Are you currently in an administration role and have excellent communication skills? We are looking for a loyal and dedicated individual that can join our clients successful and expanding local business in a temp to perm position to support the Project and Sales Team Managers.
This is a varied and busy position that will provide daily challenges to the successful applicant. Your duties will include:
  • Focusing on projects from new quote requests to commissioning and handover, using bespoke database for data entry 
  • Supporting projects from start to finish 
  • Raising purchase orders, sending to suppliers, coordinating with delivery dates, checking deliveries and checking invoices received correctly 
  • Organising small team of engineer's daily calendar and tasks, booking attendance with clients and other engineers required to complete the task
  • Auditing projects documentation on completion 
  • Weekly reporting on Projects and on-going installation works to Manager 
  • Minute taking in weekly Project and Sales meeting and ensuring action points are completed 
  • Answering inbound calls 
The successful applicant must have previous experience working on projects, strong administration skills, knowledge of diary management, highly organised, and excellent computer skills. You must be customer focused and have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
12 week temp to perm with pay rise given when successfully made a permanent member of staff.
