Salary:  15,000 to 17,000 per annum, depending on experience with 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

An exciting opportunity for a proficient administrator to join a leading local employer that is offering the successful applicant, the potential to further progress with in the group.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have great communication skills, excellent organisational skills and enjoy daily challenges. Within this role you will be working closely with other internal departments including service, accounts and sales to help maintain the smooth process of sales across multiple sales sites.
This role involves:
  • Processing sales including invoicing, arranging deliveries, after care and 3rd party work etc.
  • Processing purchases of goods including arranging payments, documentation, collections etc.
  • Taking images, writing spec descriptions and advertising stock on the internet.
  • And other duties required in such a role.
Skill required:
  • Able to prioritise and carry out administrative tasks independently.
  • Shows initiative and takes responsibility for completing tasks.
  • Able to communicate with others courteously and in a positive way.
  • Positive attitude – willing to assist others even when busy.
  • Able to work under pressure on occasions, to achieve deadlines.
  • Able to pay attention to detail, ensuring that nothing is forgotten or missed.
  • Able to think in a joined up manner to achieve the best out come in the most effective way.
  • Have confident IT skills and able to use both Internet systems and Microsoft Windows applications.
The ideal candidate would have previous admin experience within the motor industry, such as fleet management or vehicle purchasing.
