An exciting opportunity for a proficient Sales Administrator to join a leading local employer that is offering the successful applicant the potential to further progress with in the group.

As Sales Administrator, your role will include:
  • Processing sales including invoicing, arranging deliveries, after care and 3rd party work etc.
  • Processing purchases of goods including arranging payments, documentation, collections etc.
  • Taking images, writing spec descriptions and advertising stock on the internet.
  • Adhoc duties as and when required.
Skill required:
  • Able to prioritise and carry out administrative tasks independently.
  • Shows initiative and takes responsibility for completing tasks.
  • Able to communicate with others courteously and in a positive way.
  • Positive attitude – willing to assist others even when busy.
  • Able to work under pressure on occasions, to achieve deadlines.
  • Able to pay attention to detail, ensuring that nothing is forgotten or missed.
  • Able to think in a manner to achieve the best outcome in the most effective way.
  • Have confident IT skills and able to use both Internet systems and Microsoft Windows applications.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have great communication skills, excellent organisational skills and enjoy daily challenges. Within this role you will also be working closely with other internal departments including service, accounts and sales to help maintain the smooth process of sales across multiple sales sites. Previous experience within the motor industry, such as fleet management or vehicle purchasing would also be beneficial.
