You will be the company’s first ever Credit Controller, so this is a unique and interesting opportunity to have full control over the entire process.
Your role will be focused around:
- Building out a Credit Control process from scratch
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Chasing all outstanding debt, via phone, email, and post
- Resolving any payment queries with customers
- Working closely with the Financial Controller, providing regular updates on all matters relating to credit control
With this being a brand new position, the first of its kind within the business, you will be given real autonomy to make this role your own. Because of this, we are looking for an experienced credit controller, who has worked in a similar environment.
