White Horse are proud to be partnering with a well established leading international consumer goods business based in Wiltshire. We are looking for a well established customer care manager who has a passion for delivering amazing customer service for a premium brand. The role will focus on improving the customer service and support strategy and operational processes, including potential future service and support offerings. You will lead a team delivering consistent, excellent customer experience for the family of brands via all communication channels including phone, email, chat, customer surveys, social media, and text.
