They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Customer Service Advisor who is effective in all channels of communication, proactive and organised who is eager to learn and develop.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing efficient and effective service to cusomters
- Processing orders and following up on delivery arrangements
- Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Maximise sales opportunities
