Digital Marketing Manager

White horse are pleased to be working with a leading company based in Swindon who are looking to grow and strengthen their marketing team due to massive expansion over the last 2 years. 

This client is looking for an experienced, professional Digital Marketing Manager who can implement a new digital marketing strategy across various channels, along with heading the day to day running of the overall team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an expert to join a newly created marketing division, and really be able to shape the role.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Designing and implementing a digital marketing strategy across channels such as email and social media
• Deliver successful campaigns to drive website traffic and improve conversion 
• Help to redevelop the website 
• Develop, monitor, and report on the marketing CRM for all channels to maximize ROI on digital campaigns
• Help deliver fresh and innovative ideas and concepts 

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field or at least 2-3 years relevant experience 
• Knowledge of marketing and web analytics
• Excellent digital skills and experience delivering marketing plans
• CRM experience
• Driven, motived attitude
