This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a marketing-leading, award-winning business that has built up a fantastic local reputation they are one of the top local employers with roles rarely on the market.
After a successful number of years, they are continuing their expansion into EMEA and this role will play a key part with complete oversight of Herman Miller's financial control environment. This is the perfect opportunity for a technically minded FC to take ownership of all technical reporting, reviewing controls, the integrity of month-end, and all elements of cash, banking, and operational finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly & quarterly reporting and close process, by reviewing and consolidating the monthly actual and forecast results.
- Cash management in a multi-currency environment with the production of regular cash-flow forecasts and reports
- Manage 8 reports, as well as assist the FD in identifying needs and investing in the team as the business continues to grow
- Ownership of the preparation of all financial information for Annual statutory and financial audit reports.
- Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns for UK and EMEA companies
- Lead quarterly forecasts and reporting
- Ownership of the control environment and recommendations for improvement.
Ideally, you will come from a forward-thinking, best-practice environment where you have had oversight of a financial controls environment. Ideally, ACCA/ACA qualified with 3+ years PQE. With knowledge of revenue recognition, statutory reporting, consolidations, and managing a progressive team.
