White Horse Employment is partnering with a leading healthcare provider on the outskirts of Bath, supporting their search for a Head of Finance.
This role perfectly lends itself to either of the following:
- An experienced Head of Finance who is fed up with commuting into Bristol or Bath city centre, and wants a new challenge. If you’re looking to join a highly profitable and rapidly expanding business then this is a great opportunity to do so.
- A number 2, who is looking to take their first step into a number 1 role. You will have a strong people management and process improvement/change management background.
The main focuses around this role will be:
- Overseeing a team of 4 team leaders with an additional 5 indirect reports
- Coaching, supporting and developing the team
- Consolidating group accounts
- Business partnering with the wider SMT
- Implementing and leading process improvement across the finance function
- Spearheading continuous change across the finance function and wider business
