White Horse are pleased to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Devizes who are looking for an experienced, generalist HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Day to day you'll be:
- Supporting complex and difficult HR projects
- Building strong and effective relationships and partnerships across the business
- Contribute and support new and revised HR policies and initiatives
- Support and evaluate recruitment data or absence statistics, and producing reports where necessary
- Co-ordinate training plans
- Maintain systems and processes
Ideally you will have/be:
- CIPD or QBE qualified
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident and reassuring manner
- Excellent relationship management skills
In return this role can offer an attractive salary, and is 32 hours pw over four days, Monday-Thursday.
