They're are recruiting for a HR Manager to join them on a 9 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role is an operational position handling the entire life cycle within HR including:
- Recruitment
- ER
- Policy write ups
- Standard employee process i.e. sickness, disciplinaries, annual appraisals etc
The ideal candidate will come with:
- Strong experience within HR (preferably at HR Manager level)
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting or similar industry
- Qualified to CIPD level 5 or similar qualification level (this is not essential)
