JOB TITLE: HR Officer LOCATION: Bath, with some travel SALARY & BENEFITS: 27,000 HOURS: 37 hours

We are delighted to be partnering with a sought-after bath based employer in their search for a proficient HR Officer to support the HR function within an educational setting.

You will be joining a supportive team of six HR professionals, with onboarding, payroll and HR Business partnering as roles within this busy team that works collaboratively.

The role requires an HR generalist who is capable of efficient and accurate on-boarding.  Due to the educational setting the efficiency of the on-boarding process is imperative to the success of the HR/Recruitment function to ensure vital roles commence swiftly.

You will have excellent administration and computer skills as well as previous experience in an office environment, preferably in HR. Previous experience of HR IT systems, including e-recruitment and HR databases would be an advantage.

You should also be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of all HR records is key, as is ensuring employee information on the HR database, and in paper files, is accurate and up to date.
