This role is perfectly suited to someone with strong customer service and administration skills and is keen to join a rapidly growing company.
The general day-to-day of this role will be varied, as you will get exposure to various sides of the business, however it will be mainly focussed around:
- Dealing with inbound queries from clients in relation to their deliveries and collections
- Liaising with clients via the phone and via email
- Completing general administration such as updating clients’ records
- Supporting the wider team with any administrative duties
