This role reports directly into the Head of Finance and will look after the payroll for over 20 different sites. They have a strong emphasis on their people and offer some great benefits within this role.
An average day-to-day will include:
- Manage the payroll team to ensure staff are paid in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all HMRC reporting requirements are met.
- Ensure that any new sites are implemented correctly.
- Assist the wider team with any training and/or support requirements.
- Analyse the actual pay and compare it to budgeted pay.
We are looking for someone with strong experience within payroll who wants to come in and hit the ground running.
