​White Horse are pleased to be supporting a UK leading creative agency with their search for a new IT Support Coordinator to join the team. This is a brand new position is being brought in to provide first line technical support to all clients. Our client is a long standing, national business with a close knit, friendly team.

Responsibilities of the role include:

•Managing the set-up of equipment, ensuring everything is integrated and working correctly.

•Providing first line technical support for all clients and in-house team, being the first point of contact for allocated client accounts.

•Holding monthly scheduled check ins with customers, keeping the CRM up to date with any issues.

•Providing other technical support including dealing with hardware issues, inspecting technical platforms, liaising with external providers, updating the Shared Google Doc and troubleshooting technical details.

•Setting up equipment ready for dispatch.

Skills and experience required:

•Proven experience in a technical/ IT support role and a good understanding of digital systems.

•Proficient using digital and cloud-based apps, platforms and programmes.

•Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

•Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills.

•A great work ethic with the drive to go above and beyond.

•A keen interest and enthusiasm for tech and marketing is advantageous.
