In this key role, you will:
- Define the future commerce target architecture and roadmap
- Deliver an exceptional service experience for customers and business users
- Oversee ecommerce projects from design to delivery, ensuring security, scalability, and third-party integration
- Introduce transformational approaches like DevOps, test automation, and continuous integration/delivery
- Provide technical oversight across customer identification, registration, subscriptions, loyalty, and reporting
Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React)
- Deep knowledge of data integration, APIs, and advanced SQL/Excel skills
- Solid understanding of ERP/OMS/WMS systems (e.g. Khaos, Sage, SAP)
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex ecommerce roadmaps
- Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and software development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering quality services in a fast-paced environment
