The Client 

A global organisation with 1000s of locations, primarily operating out of the UK and Europe. The client is a fast-growing organisation that requires candidates that can operate within a fast-paced environment and therefore, takes its recruitment seriously.

The Challenge 

During the rollout of new internal systems, the clients transational team was needing to grow, however, due to project cost restraints and due to needing people urgently, they were looking more at a temp-to-perm route.

Due to fast paced environment and the increased workload, the client could not onboard and train candidates as much as they would normally and therefore, they were looking for experienced candidates that could come in and hit the ground running and therefore , were heavily reliant on us supplying the right quality of candidate on both a skillset and personality level.

The client required:

- Reduced operational pressure on managers
