White Horse Employment is pleased to be working with a Ringwood-based IT consultancy in their search for a first-line support technician.

The role requires you to be able to travel to clients, making your day-to-day role varied. Another perk of the role is reporting to a highly knowledgeable IT manager who will help guide and support you. The ideal candidate will be determined by their general knowledge of hardware and software applications such as Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Office.
duties will include
: • Provide first line technical support to internal users, resolving issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and networks
• Assist with user account management and access control
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of systems and services Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role. However entry level will be considered
• Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and best practices Proficient in using remote support tools to assist users remotely
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Suite, along with cloud based applications
• Excellent customer service skills
For this you'll be compensated for with a salary of £24,000 per year
