Graphic Mill are an independent exhibition and event company, with a great team of creative designers and makers who create their exceptionally imaginative displays!
They're now looking to recruit a new Account Manager to join the team in North Bradley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Lead generation and developing new client accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Prospecting new accounts using innovative direct sales strategies and use of LinkedIn, Appolo, Hunter etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Taking and creating written project briefs for the Creative team in line with the client’s requirements.
- Presenting the creative team’s design proposals to the client and closing sales.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic plans.
- Utilise our CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales.
Experience and skills required:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proven sales experience in a similar role.
- Confident ability to outreach prospective clients and close deals.
- Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
- Great attention to detail, especially when taking briefs from clients.
- Experience of using LinkedIn and other sales tools to contact prospects.
- Passionate for driving sales and hitting personal targets.
- A positive, creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
