White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with a growing charity who are looking for an Administrator to join the team and assist with their development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique, dynamic organisation who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their fun, fast paced office.
This position will be assisting the central coordinators and management with all administration tasks and being main point of contact for all enquiries and providing information to customers.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing applications and providing administration support.
- Answering general enquiries via both telephone and email.
- Using the internal system to maintain and create new sources for the charity.
- Maintaining accurate records/documents with the use of sharepoint.
- Being the point of contact for the coordination of the events/courses that are being scheduled.
Key requirements for the role:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- IT literate with great knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service and professional, friendly manner.
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated and a keen to develop.
