Assistant Accountant

You will be taking a lead role on for the financial control & reporting of tailored projects, and being the key point of contact between external parties, internal stakeholders and project managers. Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior members of staff will play a key role in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project managers, key stakeholders and external parties to instruct on their budgets & forecasts.
• Take responsibility for the financial control & reporting of selected entities.
• Reporting & controlling for the spend across other business entities.
• Support the continuous improvement activities within the team.
• Provide cover and support to other key members of the team.

Person Specification:

• Excellent Excel Skills
• Experience of SAP or similar related ERP systems
• AAT Qualified / Part Qualified
• Effective communicator in explaining financial topics.
• Motivated on continuous development & improvement.
