LOCATION: South Wales (Remote)
SALARY & BENEFITS: £30,000-£40,000 base, £100,000+ OTE

White Horse Employment is delighted to once again be partnering exclusively with an international logistics company, supporting their search for a Business Development Manager for their South Wales division. This role can be worked almost entirely remotely, however would be based “on-the-road” and would require regular visits to clients across the UK.
My client have gone through a major period of growth, and they are looking to continue this growth through this role. The role will be heavily focused around bringing on board new clients for their land, sea, and road divisions, and so the ideal candidate will have proven experience within these sectors.
A standard day will involve:
- Prospecting, reaching out to any potential clients and introducing the business’ services
- Visiting clients face-to-face, selling and cross-selling the business’ services
- Liaising with existing clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Driving sales to grow the business
This is an exciting role within a high-growth business, and so would be well suited to an experienced salesperson who is looking to take their career to the next level. This is a newly created role, and you will be given the autonomy to really put your stamp on in.
