White Horse is partnering with a leading services provider in the facilities and site management sector to recruit a detail-driven SHEQ Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised administrator to support SHE and Quality/Compliance teams, reporting into the Quality Manager and Head of SHE.
Role Overview
You will play a key part in the day-to-day administration of their Business Management System (BMS) and SHE documentation, ensuring records are accurate, controlled, and audit-ready. You will also support incident reporting, internal communications, and SHEQ engagement activity across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to SHE & Quality leadership

Maintain document control and version management

Update and manage the Business Management System (BMS)

Prepare audit packs and track follow-up actions
-
Log non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvements
-
Administer site SHE systems and documentation
-
Support incident reporting and action close-out
-
Coordinate SHEQ communications, toolbox talks, and notices

General administration, registers, and reporting
About You

Strong administrative experience in a busy environment

Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping skills

Confident with Microsoft Office and multiple systems

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines professionally

Discreet and professional handling sensitive information

Experience or interest in SHEQ / Quality / Health & Safety is a plus
