Key Responsibilities

Document & Office Management

· Organise and maintain digital and physical files

· Keep company records and statutory books up to date

· Order office supplies and manage office inventory

· Maintain a clean, professional workspace environment

HR & Compliance Support

· Assist with HR-related documents and contract changes

· Support the Compliance Officer with documentation and processes

Project & Client Management

· Track project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on deliverables

· Act as the key link between the Sales team and the Client Manager

· Provide day-to-day support to the Founder with BDM activities

Administrative Support

· Handle travel arrangements, manage expense reports

· Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and internal communications

· Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling of meetings

Event & Scheduling Coordination

· Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and team gatherings

· Speaking with attendees—taking names, contact details, and following up afterward

· Provide light-touch business development support by maintaining warm contact and keeping relationships moving

Communication & Correspondence

· Respond to phone calls and emails professionally

· Draft memos, reports, and social communications

Skills & Qualifications

· Proven organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Trello

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualities

· Previous experience in Executive or Administrative support roles

· Exposure to compliance or HR support functions

· A genuine interest in sustainability

· Must be team player
