White Horse Employment is once again partnering with our international client, supporting their search for a Head of Finance for one of the German entities.
Our client, a software business within the transport industry, is a global leader within their sector. This role will be responsible for heading up the entire finance function, reporting to the Managing Director.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Day-to-day people management of the finance teams of two entities, totaling 6 employees
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Regular reporting to the MD
- Point of contact for external services including auditors and tax advisors
- Developing and creating KPIs and profitability calculations
We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar role at a similar level, within the software industry. You will be an experienced accountant with strong leadership skills and strategic knowledge, with the ability to work in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
