Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Develop strategies for attracting, managing, developing, and retaining top talent. Design succession plans.
- Leadership Development: Create programs to equip leaders with skills to advance company goals. Foster a coaching culture.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment strategy and efficient hiring process. Oversee successful onboarding.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion positive work environment and employee satisfaction. Measure engagement levels and develop improvement strategies.
- HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure smooth payroll, benefits, leave management, and compliance with labour laws.
Qualifications:
- Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in tech sector.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
