JOB TITLE: HRBP LOCATION: Bristol SALARY & BENEFITS: £38,000-£45,000 HOURS: full time, hybrid

Reporting into our People Manager, our HR Business Partners work with several diverse teams across the business, partnering with managers to influence, support and coach them on people issues and topics in support of them achieving their business objectives and providing first line commercially focused advice and guidance; acting as the first point of contact for all people related queries ensuring all queries are seen through to resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You’ll provide focused HR advice around employee relations activities such as absence management, disciplinary and grievance, with a view of driving a high-performing culture whilst collaborating closely with the wider People team to ensure consistency in approach and advice given.
You’ll proactively work with the business to understand the key business issues, spotting trends and taking positive action to progress the people agenda and embed excellent people practices; you’ll do this whilst promoting our wellbeing policies and initiatives that support a healthy and sustainable workforce, ensuring our colleagues makes effective use of the available benefits and services on offer.
You will ideally be at least CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent with a range of practical, generalist HR experience and the ability to influence business managers and leaders across a diverse customer group.
You’ll have extensive experience in proactive partnering with line managers to support and advise them on HR issues such as sickness absence, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies with the ability to act confidentially, with discretion and diplomacy at all times.
You will be commercially astute and quickly be able to demonstrate the value you add to the business.  You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role as you will be required to build credible relationships, which will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving engagement and performance.
