White Horse are looking for a customer focused Senior Business Analyst (BA) experienced in Waterfall & Agile delivery to join a IT Business Analysis team. The core focus of this role is leading on the capture, shaping and refinement of business requirements associated with potential IT projects and changes through application of structured analysis techniques, and supporting the implementation of IT-enabled changes with specific focus on business process change. The company offer flexibility and WFH, you're expected to be in the office 1/2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrable skills in business process, systems and data analysis, modelling and the production of high-quality written documentation.
- Engaging with key business stakeholders to build up a detailed understanding of the functional environment
- Provide estimates for analysis tasks
- Business Process Modelling
- Gap analysis of existing software applications
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
- Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, internal IT teams and third-party vendors
- Analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Qualifications
- Proven track record within a Business Analyst role
- Experience of infrastructure delivery projects
- Experience of software/hardware licensing with an understanding of how this may affect an infrastructure separation
