Provide comprehensive IT support across multiple factory locations, resolving complex technical issues related to Windows environments, Office365, SharePoint, and mail flow. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and system maintenance. Document solutions, train team members, and contribute to security best practices. Assist in IT infrastructure changes and user software training. Participate in on-call rota after probation.
Requirements:
- Proven 3rd line support experience
- IT qualifications/certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems, Teams telephony
- Understanding of network technologies and virtualization
- Experience with cloud platforms, SCCM, WSUS, Intune
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and network hardware
- Excellent communication skills
