White Horse Employment are delighted to be supporting a well-established, Customer Service Business based in the beautiful Somerset countryside. They are looking for Outbound Call Handlers to support a huge increase in demand due to a number of new contracts, on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a successful company, working in partnership with a broad and diverse UK wide client base.

Within this role you will be working as part of their friendly and customer focused team. You will be predominately handling outgoing calls, ensuring existing customers are informed of future developments and answering any queries they may have.

You will:

  • Be making outbound calls to existing customers (no sales involved)
  • Be answering questions and queries regarding services & products
  • Be able to offer a response in timely manner
  • Have an understanding of company services

The role covers core working hours, Monday – Friday with an additional two Saturdays each month. You would not be required to work every weekend - this would be organised on a rota system.

The work will be based on-site in their Frome based office. This assignment is due to last for a minimum 3 months over the spring/summer periods with potential to extend up to 14 months
