We are delighted to be working with a large, long standing company in Trowbridge who are on the look out for a Customer Service Coordinator for their growing customer service team.

We are on the look out for someone to deliver a high level of customer service using both phone and emails systems. You'll be expected to keep accurate records of the queries you resolve so having good organisational skills is crucial.

You'll be working on a project going through list of customers yet to receive a call confirming their orders renewal. It is estimated the role will go on for around 12 weeks.

Initially working from home however you may be expected to go into the office from time to time.
