White Horse Employment is partnering with a national logistics business, supporting their search for 3x Payroll Specialists. This role is full time and can be worked almost entirely remotely (1-2 days per month in the office).
Due to a major project of bringing the company’s payroll in-house, this role will be pivotal in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the payroll team continue business as usual.
A standard day within the role will involve:
- Working within a team of payroll specialists, supporting the migration of over 20,000 employees onto in-house payroll
- Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are hit
- Resolving any technical issues occurring within the payroll function
- Being a point of contact for the wider business around any issues or queries in relation to payroll
You will ideally have exposure to weekly, 4-weekly and monthly payroll, and will have experience working within a large business.
