This role will be responsible for the end to end Collections Contact Strategy.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in consumer collection activities
- Knowledge of the consumer credit industry
- Experience in Collections Strategy, Adherence, Control and Reporting
- Experience in Collections Strategy Improvement/Champion Challenger techniques
- Experience in Dialler Management/Optimisation
