Your day to day responsibilities are:
- Ownership of both purchase and sales ledger responsibilities
- Monitor bank accounts and match payments for accurate reconciliations
- Manage invoicing, billing, and timesheets for payroll and agencies
- Assisting with credit control and credit card statement reconciliations
- Supporting month end reporting and wider administrative tasks when required.
What we're looking for:
This role lends itself to either an experienced Account Assistant who is seeking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment or alternatively an active studier looking to secure a role that will support your development and go hand in hand with your studies. Ideally, you’ll have experience using Microsoft Excel and Xero.
