I’m currently working with a family run business within the small Wiltshire town of Melksham. This close knit team, is looking for an experienced administrator to come and make a real positive impact on the overall business.
The client is a successful and expanding business, who is looking for someone that is as ambitious as they are.
Main responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with any management tasks.
- Writing letters, efficiently and accurately.
- Chase customers for outstanding responses.
- Manage & respond to customer emails.
- Maintain and improve customer service.
- Help implement new office procedures & processes
- Produce Customer Quotes
