White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with an expanding, global company in the heart of Wiltshire who are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join their growing Customer Care team on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2023.

The Customer care team deals with high volume of queries/questions which could be complaint driven with lots of emails and calls to deal with as well as finding alternative solutions. The types of queries could be something like a failed delivery or wrong/damaged product to re-keying orders with date/address/product changes. Dealers and end clients (blue chip companies) orders could be worth a very large amount of money. They are looking for someone to take ownership, be proactive, build relationships and someone who is able work well in a very busy and fast paced environment.
The day to day of this role will involve:
- Resolving inbound queries relating to the company’s products
- Identify customers needs and act accordingly
- Speaking with customers over the phone
- Responding to emails
- Building relationships with customers through open and genuine communication
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- A positive demeanor and a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent organisational skills
