White Horse are partnering with a well-known global business for a customer service executive. They are looking for somebody to join their established customer service and be the first point of contact for any customers who have questions, problems, feedback and orders. You will be the face of brand and the main way our customers communicate with the business.
- Effectively answer phone calls, emails and respond to customer queries
- The first point of contact for order queries
- Establish good relationships with customers
- Use the information provided by the customer to issue the best solution possible
- Liaise with other members of the staff in order to provide the highest standard
- Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system
- Keep the company’s databases (CRM) updated by gathering information and data
- People focused
- Strong communication & admin skills
- The ability to prioritize workloads
The role will be working in their offices five days a week. Parking onsite.
