White Horse Employment are delighted to be working with a well established international company in Chippenham. They are looking for an experienced Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly team and assist with their goal of ensuring excellent service standards.

This position will involve delivering an excellent service to all customers. You will be the first point of contact for all customers providing both product and service information, resolving any problems with top quality customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Process all incoming orders, using their internal systems.
  • Handle customer queries & complaints and provide appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and via email.
  • Managing inboxes, keeping on top of high volumes of emails during busy periods.
  • General administrative duties including data entry and filing.

Job requirements:

  • Be energetic, proactive and positive.
  • Excellent communication skills including telephone & emails.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle pressure and high work load.
