Customer Service Advisor

White Horse are pleased to be working with a small but dynamic company in Chippenham who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent, full time basis. 

This is a fantastic role for someone ambitious, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the very best customer service, who will go the extra mile because they love what they do. 

Day to day you'll be:

• Liaising with current and new accounts 
• Answering telephone and email enquiries 
• Dealing with quote requests
• Booking in deliveries 
• Processing sales orders
• General administration

Ideally you will be/have:

• At least 2+ years in a fast paced customer service environment with account management experience
• Good knowledge of excel
• Personable and enthusiastic demeanor
• Able to prioritize and organise workload efficiently 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
