JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor  - Partner LOCATION: Central Wiltshire SALARY & BENEFITS: Dependent on PQE, highly competitive. HOURS: Full time, flexible, hybrid working available.

This role is for an ideally 10 year PQE solicitor interested in becoming a partner and finding their home within this dynamic and busy Solicitors.

 

You will be supporting families with their financial matters, particularly upon divorce and separation; advising upon and drafting pre-nuptial Agreements and matters pertaining to children issues.  The ideal solicitor will have substantial experience dealing with family finance matters, including cases involving Trusts and Businesses/Family Businesses including farms and farming partnerships.

 

This is a busy role dealing with matters from instruction to conclusion. You will have the support of eager trainee solicitors that you will be responsible for leading and developing their legal careers.

 

Strong ICT skills, with excellent customer focus, ability to adapt, a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn are all essential attributes for this highly desirable opportunity.

•             At least a degree, 2:1 and above

•             Recognised professional qualification as a Solicitor entitling the role-holder to practice in England & Wales.

•             Current Practicing Certificate from the Law Society

•             Evidence of continuing professional development in family law
