White Horse are exclusively partnering with a growing SME who are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.
Role
With great success over the last few years our client is looking to grow their FP&A team allowing them to continue their expansion within a thriving market. You will be responsible for giving valuable insight and analysis to senior stakeholders, you will be working closely with both the immediate team and wider finance operation to deliver timely strategic information.

- Create and manage modelling frameworks, provide oversight and management of financial budgeting and planning.
- Manage capital controls to ensure effective process, spend analysis and execution
- Develop robust processes to provide visibility to investments, savings and overall financial performance.
- Support, challenge and verify business case investment proposals assessing financial risks and opportunities
- Assist with the production of monthly management reports, providing cost analysis & sales analysis.
- Prepare financial and non-financial information for inclusion in relevant packs, for example monthly board packs, budget presentations and strategy packs as required.
- Investment and capex business case development to ensure sound reasoning and cashflow
- Reviewing and reporting on key performance indicators in line with the Financial Strategy
Person
We are looking for an ambitious accountant with a strong commercial acumen and a proven problem solver with effective communication skills. You will need to demonstrate significant experience of analysis and focus on adding value to reported data. Strong Excel and modelling skills. ·ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards a qualification.
