White Horse is partnering exclusively with a leading and innovative manufacturing business based in Wiltshire, to support their search for a Finance Manager. Reporting into a fractional FD, this role will give you a true blend between commercial and operational finance, with real scope to put your stamp on this small but rapidly expanding business.

As with all SMEs, this role lends itself to a dynamic individual, who is prepared to take full ownership of all financial matters within the business.

You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:
  • Full ownership of monthly management accounting
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Statutory reporting and compliance, including VAT and payroll
  • Presenting MI to the board, to support decision making
  • Overseeing a small finance team
Within this business, you will be given a real opportunity to grow. They are highly ambitious, with massive growth plans for the next 12 months, which will result in this role progressing to FD. The fractional FD will give you the tools and coaching required to make the step.
