This is a highly reputable modern organisation with a modern office space. The ideal candidate will already possess technical knowledge along with qualifications in the IT sector from self learning or education courses.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Communicate with users to understand and troubleshoot their technical problems.
  • Running the service desk, issuing first-line support, and referring more technical issues to the support team
  • Perform software troubleshooting and installations.
  • Assist with desktop support, including hardware setup, software installation, and user account management.
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

For this, you'll be compensated with a salary of £23,000 per year.

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
